Beach Boy is a renegade cop whose unconventional and inept methods are frowned upon by his superiors. Mrs. Chow, his useless companion, isn't much assistance, and she's more preoccupied with taking care of his many, many children. On a routine stakeout, Beach Boy and Mrs. Chow rescue Ah Yuk, a pretty Mainland girl who had previously been abused by her criminal uncle. Ah Yuk has nowhere else to go, so she moves in with Beach Boy, who has no idea how to deal with the presence of a beautiful, helpful female presence in his filthy bachelor pad.
