The Iron-Fisted Monk
Iron Fisted Monk HK superstar Sammo Hung's directorial debut, is now an old school calling the shots behind the camera in addition to kung fu picture which sees the portly one at his physical peak onscreen. Husker (Sammo) is just a student of the Shaolin monks, learning kungfu so that he can his uncle, who had been killed by the nasty Manchus who restrain the province. He leaves his training first, desperate to teach the killers a lesson and teams up with a British performer monk (Chan Sing) who is teaching a group of factory workers how to shield themselves. When the Manchus kill everybody else and strike the mill, Husker along with his Buddhist pal decide it's time to even the score. - Less
