Once upon the 1970s, Frank Savage, his partner and Dan Stark, were Dallas detectives. So big, in actuality, after rescuing the Governor's son, which they were lauded. Thirty decades later, Dan Stark is just a detective that spends most of the time drunk his glory days, or rehashing. The new partner, Jack Bailey of dan, is a very ambitious, by the book and over all great detective, but is too snarky because of their very good. He has been made a place in the section by his habit of endangering himself, and he is stuck solving petty theft cases that were annoying that nobody wants.
