F/X man Rollie Tyler is currently a toymaker. Mike, his girl friend Kim's ex-husband, is just a cop. He asks Rollie to help capture a killer. The operation goes well until some unknown man kills both the killer and Mike. The manager of mike, Silak claims it had been the killer who killed Mike however Rollie knows it absolutely wasn't. Evidently, Silak is involved with Mike's departure, so he calls on Leo McCarthy, the cop out of the previous movie, who's presently a P.I., for assistance and they find it isn't just Silak that they have to be concerned about. - Less
