Having finally secured her first assignment from her household's demolition firm, Sam Walczak (Mischa Barton) has been sent to oversee the destruction of a flat house, only to discover that a group of renters still surviving in the condemned building. 1 such renter, Jimmy (Cameron Bright), tells Sam a urban legend about a serial murderer who used to dwell in the building and entomb his victims in the walls.
