Black marketeers Marko and Blacky fabricate and sell weapons into the resistance in WWII Belgrade, living the good life on the way. Marko duplicity propels him and he eventually abandons Blacky and loathed his girl friend. Throughout the Yugoslavian Civil War of the 1990s, the couple re emerges after a stay in a shelter that is belowground as Marko realizes that the problem is ripe for exploitation.
