In this low-budget science fiction picture, an extraterrestrial from a distant galaxy is despatched to conquer Earth by "duplicating" humans and creating a race of zombies who resemble animated crockery. Enjoy the opening and ending views of the alien spacecraft resembling a Christmas tree ornament twirling in space, the faces of the "duplicated" humans cracking like a cheap vase when tossed to the floor, and the "duplicates" being cooked up in individual coffins in the lab. As the film plods toward its "climactic" encounter between the humans and their counterfeit counterparts, the persisting goodness of a lovely blind woman softens the alien's heart, profoundly contradicting his objectives.
