Betty Lou can be currently a librarian at a small town. Her husband is a police detective who takes her. Betty Lou could be your mouse. After having a gangland figure is inexplicably murdered in town, Betty Lou discovers that the murder weapon, but can't get anybody's attention to share with them (we're speaking very mousey, here). In a sense of frustration that she fires the gun at a restroom if accepted into the police station insists she's your murderer. It has the desired effectthat people do pay her attention.
