In an old city hospital, a young nurse starts her shift. Following a bizarre apparition, one of the hospital's oldest nurses informs her that a patient named Mr. Moore recently entered the hospital. Following a fire, his body was fully consumed. Doctors had to operate on Mr. Moore right away. No one was willing to help him, though. He'd been driven insane by the anguish and the medications... One of the nurses came to his room one night to find his bed empty... He had not been heard from in a long time. The story is cut short by a ringing bell. Mr. Moore's chamber receives the call...
