Sukeban Deka III Yui Kazama,17, works for the Juvenile Security Bureau together with her older sisters Yuka and Yuma following the events of the preceding film. It is commanded by Kuraudo Sekin, a politician who takes a heavy-handed approach to youth delinquency, equipping his student agents with three-bladed yo-yos. Sekin's techniques begin to irritate Yui, so she quits the bureau and ceases to participate in their undercover operations. Sekin intends to overturn the Japanese government, and the Kazama sisters, along with a group of teenage outcasts, must stop him.
