His dominion is located in Kabukicho, a gangland ruled by numerous Shanghai gangs. His previous partner-in-crime, Fu-Chun, is reported to have returned to Kabukicho after fleeing after assassinating Yuan's number two. Yuan wishes to avenge himself and makes an attempt to do so with the use of Kenichi.
