The film revolves round a neighborhood street-racer who partners using a rich and arrogant business partner to find himself styled with his own colleague and also delivered to prison. He joins a Brand New York-to-Los Angeles race to get revenge after he gets outside. But when that the ex-partner accomplishes this plot, he places a massive soul on the racer's head, forcing him to conduct a gauntlet of racers that are prohibited in every mode of vehicles that are supercharged.
