Billy is deaf and mute, but that hasn't stopped her from achieving success as a cosmetics artist. In Russia, Billy is working on a film directed by her sister's lover, Andy. One night, Billy finds herself imprisoned in the studio, where she is shocked to discover that they are making a snuff film. With the assistance of her sister, Kate, Billy manages to flee and report what she witnessed to police. Unfortunately, she becomes an enemy of the Russian mafia, which funded the snuff video, as a result of her actions.
