Santos wants to organize a popular uprising in Colombia in order to depose the Presidente. When his revolution fails and he is assassinated, Christina travels to New York in search of McBain, a lieutenant Santos rescued during the Vietnam War. McBain decides to assist, gathers his old combat pals, raises funds by assassinating a few drug dealers, and then organizes an attack to depose Colombia's government.
