In today's artist Tom Warshaw recalls his traumatic coming-of-age. Like a 13-year-old growing up in New York City in 1973, Tom hangs outside with Pappass, a mentally disabled person. The younger boy is left to their devices, with Tom's mother combating depression following the passing of her spouse.
