Mack is a previous soldier who, after the battle, transferred to a community with a nuclear power plant, where nearly everybody functions. Life is calm for him there, till a gang of mercenaries led by Ron tornado the activator and also take everybody hostage, including a team of youngsters on a school trip. Now Mack remains in a race versus the clock and need to use his basic training to beat Ron prior to he puts the activator into meltdown. Along the way he discovers Ron's intention, which unwinds a higher key Mack's community is concealing.
