King Kong, a clever thief that takes a cache of rubies from some gangsters, structures another burglar called White Handwear cover for the criminal offense. That's when the bald detective Albert Au, that has been going after King Kong for quite some time, pairs with the unpredictable women Superintendent Ho to bring him to justice. King Kong winds up joining the heros to defeat White Glove and also an additional crook referred to as Mad Max, and recoup the rubies from the hiding place where they were left by King Kong's dead partner.
