Mandy (Nicola Posener), the owner of a craft and hobby store, uncovers an old copy of "A Christmas Carol" while sorting through contributions for a book drive. Along with a precious coin, the book contains a letter to Santa from 70 years ago. Mandy sets out to track down the owner of the book, letter, and coin with the assistance of Jonah (Bradford B. Johnson), a contractor who discovered and gave the book in the first place. They discover clues along the way that bring them closer to the author and to one another, but will Mandy be able to deliver everything to the book owner in time for Christmas and fulfill her own Christmas wish?
