Coupling is actually a television sitcom written by Steven Moffat which aired on BBC2 from May 2000 . Manufactured by Hartswood Films for the BBC, the series centres online dating and sexual experiences and injuries of six friends in their twenties, usually depicting the 3 women and also the 3 men each talking among themselves about the same events, but in entirely different terms.
