Campbell's Kingdom
Adapted from Hammond Innes's novel of the same name. Following his grandfather's death, Bruce Campbell (Dirk Bogarde) inherits "Campbell's Kingdom" in the Canadian Rockies. He has been diagnosed with an undetermined fatal disease and chooses to see if he can uncover the oil that his grandfather believed was present on his land and clean his family's name; his grandfather was wrongfully convicted of fraud when his oil exploration company went bankrupt. Owen Morgan (Stanley Baker) is the CEO of a business that is building a dam that will flood the "Kingdom" when it is finished. It's a race against the clock to prove the oil exists before the dam is built. - Less
